10/10! Cindy is amazing and wonderful to work with. She offered us full service planning for our Michigan wedding since we were living out in Seattle. She wrote us a very thorough timeline and split up tasks and made us feel incredibly comfortable the entire time. She was always available by text/email/phone and is super communicative. She worked with us on our limited budget and helped us review contracts to get the best deals on what we wanted. She was even able to renegotiate a couple in our favor after we signed, so she doesn’t give up. She found all of our vendors and although we interviewed them she took over communication again once we picked the vendors we wanted. She gave great recommendations on everything.
On the day of the wedding, Cindy again went above and beyond. She was there to help setup decorations, she moved flowers around from the outdoor area to indoor area. She was a constant source of confidence that no matter what happened, we would have a beautiful wedding. We had an 80% chance of thunderstorms on the day of the wedding and the rain let off just in time for us to have a beautiful ceremony. Our vendors and guests all remarked that we were an incredibly relaxed couple for the day of our wedding and that is all thanks to the incredible efforts made by Cindy.

Our journey with Cindy began when my husband contacted her to rent a space for our engagement at the restaurant where she was the event coordinator. Not only was the plan perfectly executed with her advice and planning, but personalized by Cindy herself. The space was beautifully decorated with roses, petals, and candles. To my surprise, it was Cindy that offered to pick up the roses for my husband and have them waiting there, even extra for the array of petals she placed around the room. She even “played along” beforehand when we arrived to con me into going to the lower level. It was perfect.
We then decided to plan our wedding at the same venue and Cindy was our go-to lady. She was professional, organized, and knowledgeable about how our wedding would play out. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception at the venue and Cindy did EVERYTHING! I was so impressed, as she was the one who kept our time schedule, spoke with our vendors, suggested menu items (all the guest still rave about it), and made sure things were moving along the entire day. I was so at ease knowing she was taking care of it all! Honestly, I have zero complaints.
On a more personal level, Cindy was even prompt in my plea to find my mother’s lost family ring at the venue a couple days after our wedding. She responded right away and had everything searched. I so appreciate her concern for us even after our event was over.
I was so impressed with Cindy that I’ve recommended her to various family members, who ended up using her to plan their wedding and other events. They too were impressed with her services. If you want someone who is professional, organized, and connects with you on a personal level hire Cindy! We love her!

Cindy played an integral role in the planning of my bridal shower, bachelorette party, and wedding, as well as keeping me sane on the big day! I began planning my wedding with zero experience in planning events, but Cindy seemed to have experience and resources for just about everything that I could think of. From flowers to DJ’s and cakes to table cloth colors, Cindy was able to offer insight in every area. While she does have knowledge of different vendors that she has used or heard of in the past, she is very much about making your wedding very personal. After she would give me her recommendations on a vendor, color scheme, or decoration, she would always follow it up with a comment that reassured me that she had my best interests in mind. On the day of the wedding, her organizational skills and ability to anticipate my needs allowed me to relax (for the most part) and enjoy my day. Bonus: her first priority of the day was making sure I ate and had my caffeine fix! Cindy also has this natural calming effect on you when you start to feel anxious, which is inevitable on your wedding day, but definitely bearable if you are in good hands and you definitely will be with her!

Cindy worked with us on every detail of our wedding to ensure that there was nothing that we weren’t perfectly happy with. She was able to give us recommended vendors and work directly with them to ensure that everything went perfectly. Our entire wedding was on time, stress free, and flawless top to bottom! She assisted with custom orders for wine and spirits and even went above and beyond and found a specific bottle of champagne that allowed us to record messages to each other to listen to while we got ready. The only hiccup was a guest bringing someone other than whom they RSVP’d for and before we even knew it Cindy had a new place setting with the corrected name prepared already. She was friendly, understanding, supportive and worked with us to ensure that we stayed within budget while still getting a top of the line experience and service. When she wasn’t available immediately, she returned calls and emails extremely quickly. We truly couldn’t be happier than to have had her as our planner and to anyone reading this who is still looking for their planner: stop looking around, call Cindy. You will not regret it.
